Our Technical Assistance & Support service provides personalized guidance, troubleshooting, and hands-on assistance tailored to your needs. Each session includes a discussion to understand your concerns, evaluate potential solutions, and determine the best course of action moving forward.
Turnaround Time: Immediate or scheduled appointment.
Initial Assessment Fee: A flat rate of $40 covers the first 30 minutes of discussion, assessment, and technical guidance. This fee is required regardless of whether additional services are approved.
Technical Service Rate: If additional work is approved, the initial $40 assessment fee will be credited toward the $150 first-hour service rate. Any additional labor beyond the first hour will be billed at $100 per hour.
Scheduling: To schedule a session, simply email us with a brief description of your needs, and we'll coordinate an appointment.
